At Unfiltered Thoughts, if something’s wrong, we’ll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

• Incorrect items

• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Real people read the emails. We’ll sort it out.

We don’t refund for changed minds, wrong sizes, or second thoughts about your sense of humor.

Each item is made specifically for you when you order it. We don’t have a secret warehouse of regret sitting around.

Custom chaos is non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in the original condition received. Worn, washed, or altered items aren’t eligible.

If it arrived damaged or incorrect, that’s on us.

This policy may evolve as we grow. It won’t get ridiculous.
